ADDITIONAL TERMS - By using our online scheduler, you agree to the following terms:

• Utilities Off: If we are unable to complete the inspection due to access or utility issues of any kind, your inspection is subject to a $175 trip fee.

• Cancelation: Cancelation of your inspection services within 24 hours of the inspection start time is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• Re-inspections: Re-inspections of any items following repairs can be scheduled for a $175 re-inspection fee. We recommend negotiating this fee into any repair requests that are made as a result of the inspection findings.

• 4-Point Updates: Only certain items can be updated via photos alone. Most items require a repeat trip and associated fee - please call our office for details. Please factor this in when making repair requests based on 4point issues. We can only update a previous 4point for 60 days, after that, a new 4point will need to be completed.
